Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes activities that are not permitted on InstantBook. It applies to all providers and clients and supplements our Terms of Service.
Prohibited activities
- Selling illegal goods or services, or services you are not licensed to provide.
- Fraud, money laundering, or using the payment flow to disguise unrelated transactions.
- Misrepresenting your identity, business, qualifications, or verification status.
- Posting fake, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews, or manipulating ratings.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexually exploitative content.
- Uploading malware, attempting to breach security, scraping, or bypassing rate limits and bot protection.
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Using client data collected through InstantBook for spam or unrelated marketing without consent.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and may report unlawful activity to authorities or Stripe. Where appropriate we will give notice, but we may act immediately to protect clients, providers, or the platform.

To report a violation, email hello@instantbook.ca with details. We review reports promptly.
