Deposits confirm bookings
You choose a deposit per service (or full payment). Clients pay by card through Stripe Checkout at booking time — a booking is only confirmed once payment succeeds.

Money goes directly to you
Payments land in your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. InstantBook never pools, holds, or intermediates funds — you're the merchant of record.

Zero booking commission
InstantBook charges a flat monthly subscription only. Stripe's standard card processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ CAD) applies to client payments — that's Stripe's fee, not ours.

Balance collection
Collect the remaining balance online before the appointment (per-service opt-in) or in person — your choice, clearly shown to the client either way.

Refunds follow your policy
You set the cancellation policy shown on your booking page. Refunds are issued by you from your dashboard, per your policy — never automatically.

PCI-compliant by design
Card details go straight to Stripe (PCI Service Provider Level 1). InstantBook never sees or stores card numbers.
